Room8Studio had a great opportunity to dive into the great Gogadoro map. We jumped into the middle stage of development. Our team took part in modeling, art ideas exploration, UV unwrapping, integration into the engine, bug-fixes, and set dressing pass(Using the provided kit by the Blizzard team).
Work processes were around various map areas, assets were buildings(interiors, exteriors), backdrop, stadium props, and props passes for the center part. This was done using concept art, building assets, props kit, materials, and textures provided by Blizzard.
The production stage was done thanks to the technical and design supervision of Phil Wang as Environment Art lead, and Art Direction of Peter C Lee.
