Room8Studio had a great opportunity to dive into an epic battle atmosphere on Arena Victoriae. We jumped into in the middle stage of development. Our team took part in modeling, art ideas exploration, UV unwrapping, integration into the engine, bug-fixes, and set dressing pass(Using the provided kit by the Blizzard team).
Work was mostly done around spawn areas, assets were buildings(interiors, exteriors), ground, city backdrop, and props pass for the center part. This was done using concept art, building assets, props kit, materials, and textures provided by Blizzard.
The production stage was done thanks to the technical and design supervision of Phil Wang as Environment Art lead, and Art Direction of Peter C Lee.
